tkdrobert created the topic: Using Vader in Daz3D-IRAY

I bought the Vader bundle for M4. When I try to preview him using IRAY, I see these white boxes that are attached to the capes. When I render using 3Delight, they are gone, but when I render in IRAY they are there. Any idea how to get rid of them? I use stuff from Poaer all the time in DAZ, but don't have this problem.

Never mind, so I sorry. I figured it out. Had to play with the opacity settings on the capes.

Also, make sure the normal maps are located in the correct place. I've noticed on the FoRender products I have that some normal maps are incorrectly located in the bump map surface, where they do not work. Your Vader looks a bit flat, so I bet the normal maps are not where they should be. Fix that and I bet you will be amazed.

I see, I've never used Poser. In that case, you may want to make a note of that for Daz users to prevent confusion.
I thought most people had moved to Daz.
